Q: What do I need to rent a car?

A: You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a major credit or debit card in your name, and proof of insurance (if not purchasing through us). Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

Q: What age do I need to be to rent a vehicle?

A: The minimum age is 18. A young driver surcharge may apply to renters under 25 years old.


Q: Do I need car insurance to rent a car?

A: Yes, either through your personal auto insurance or by purchasing one of our insurance packages at checkout.


Q: Can I use a debit card to rent a car?

A: Yes, we accept debit cards, but additional identification and or a higher deposit may be required.

Q: What happens if I return the car late?

A: A short grace period is allowed, but returns beyond that are subject to additional hourly or daily charges. To avoid extra fees, return the vehicle on time or contact us to extend your rental.


Q: Can someone else drive the rental car?

A: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. Additional driver fees may apply and all drivers must meet our rental requirements.


Q: Are there mileage limits?

A: Most rentals include unlimited mileage, but certain vehicle classes or promotional rates may have restrictions. Check your rental agreement or ask our team for details.


Q: What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

A: First, make sure everyone is safe and call emergency services if needed. Then, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance line for help. We’ll walk you through the next steps, including filing an incident report if necessary.


Q: When will I get my deposit back?

A: Your $250 deposit will be released once the vehicle is returned in good condition. It typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Q: What if I left something in the car?

A: Contact us immediately if you think you left a personal item behind. While we are not responsible for lost items, we’ll do our best to locate and return them to you.

Q: How can I make a reservation?

A: Booking is simple—just visit our website, choose your vehicle, select your dates, and confirm your reservation. Our team will reach out to get all documentation in order digitally. From there you will receive a lockbox code for the vehicle for a no contact pickup. 


Q: Do I need to pay in advance?

A: Prepayment is required for all rentals; this allows us to run no contact and with less employees. In turn we are able to pass on those savings to our customers by coming in much cheaper than large rental companies. Please note you are entitled to a full refund at anytime before you pick up the vehicle. 


Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: No, we currently do not charge a cancelation fee.  


Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, a refundable $250 security deposit is required at the time of rental. This will be released after the vehicle is returned in good condition.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Cash App cards. Please note that prepaid cards, Cash App, and other non-bank issued cards may be subject to an additional deposit or verification process.


Q: Can I change or extend my rental?

A: Yes, changes or extensions can be made by contacting us in advance. Availability and additional charges may apply.
